Meet the Joy TV Team

Nizar Elaimy, a native of Nazareth - the city of our Savior, is the founder and director of Joy TV, the first Christian media channel based in the Holy Land.
Alongside his wife, Nagham, and their daughters, Joy and Ella, he is devoted to proclaiming the gospel from Nazareth to the nations.

He holds a B.A. in Journalism and Media from Max Stern Yezreel Valley College and served for years as a respected journalist and media educator in Arabic media before God called him into full-time ministry - becoming a voice of truth, healing, and reconciliation across the Middle East.

Rooted in the Nazarene Evangelical Church, Nizar began his ministry in youth outreach and now serves on the worship team, carrying a passion for prophetic praise, unity, and revival, shaped by the mentorship of Pastor Nizar Touma.

Since 2017, he has served as a lead broadcaster with Voice of Hope Radio, where his Spirit-led messages continue to impact thousands across the Arab world.

Through Joy TV, Nizar is pioneering a new kind of Christian media—blending worship, gospel-centered content, and digital outreach through platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. His bold vision is to see Jews and Arabs united as one new man in Christ, worshiping together, and to reveal the love and witness of Jewish believers to the Arab world.

Sahar Saeed is a Saudi-American voice of fire and reconciliation - an author, speaker, and bridge-builder between Arabs and Jews. Raised in a devout Shia Muslim family in Saudi Arabia, her life was transformed by a radical encounter with Jesus - shattering inherited narratives and igniting a mission to heal, unite, and speak truth.

She is leading the way in uniting Christ-followers - Arab believers from Muslim backgrounds, Arab Christians in Israel, and Messianic Jews - as one family in Messiah.

Sahar is currently pursuing her M.A. in Government: International Relations at Liberty University, equipping herself to engage in diplomacy, storytelling, and faith-based peacebuilding across the Middle East and beyond.

As a diplomat of peace, she dreams in reconciliation and envisions a future where both Jews and Arabs can live with peace and dignity in one of the world’s most complex regions.

Samer Artoul serves as the external auditor (C.P.A.) Isr for Joy TV, bringing his expertise in financial oversight for nonprofit associations across Israel. Originally from the Holy Land (Al-Maghar City), Samer is deeply committed to both excellence in stewardship and faithful intercession.

In addition to his professional role, Samer is a dedicated partner in Joy TV’s prayer ministry, standing in the gap for Israel and the nations. Through a Spirit-led prayer team, he actively serves in intercession for revival, unity, and the advancement of the Kingdom of God across the region.

Pastor Paul is a passionate shepherd and the visionary leader of the Revival Caravan Ministry in the Middle East. Through his traveling ministry, he carries the message of Jesus across Arab and international countries, bringing hope, healing, and revival.

His heart burns to proclaim the Gospel and see churches come alive through the power of the Holy Spirit. His ministry is marked by prophetic preaching, deliverance, and healing - calling the Body of Christ into deeper freedom and spiritual authority.

He believes the Holy Spirit is still moving today - delivering, healing, and rescuing souls from the dominion of darkness. Pastor Paul envisions a generation anointed by the Spirit, who will influence the world without being influenced by it. His desire is to see churches worship the Lord with joy, fire, and truth, and to take the Gospel to every corner of the earth.
